The comfortable folks at Hanes have partnered with Disney Parks for the Celebrate in Comfort promotion. They’re giving away 16 vacations to Walt
Disney World Resorts, including a grand prize trip for you and nineteen of your closest friends! All you do to enter is head over to http://www.celebrateincomfort.com and design a t-shirt related to something you want to celebrate! (An aside – I actually got to design a t-shirt using a similar process at the Design-A-Tee store at Disney Village. Fun to do for everyone on my family, from me right down to my three year old!) That’s my contest entry on the right, by the way. I chose to celebrate my birthday. My only disappointment so far is that you can’t buy the shirts you design… but if Disney is behind this, they’ll find a way to collect make it happen. 🙂

You never now what kind of cheesy promotion will come along next, but when GE contacted us about their Strong As Steel exercise video/infomercial, we got a good chuckle. Check out the video below (what will they think of next!). Oh, yeah, the important details: not only is GE hawking the full infomercial for $9.95, they’re also offering free stainless steel finish on select models. Not a bad incentive to check out a GE product if you’re already in the market for a new kitchen appliance.
