Be a Leader. Take a Vacation.

It’s no secret that the United States lags well behind the rest of the West in the number of vacation days taken each year.  For some, it may even be considered a mark of pride, proof that a dedicated American work ethic is still alive and well.  For those of us with growing families, even when we have vacation time available to us from an employer, finding time and money for a vacation can still prevent us from getting away.
