[DAD FITNESS] The Best Upper Body Exercise

By Sean Barker • Apr 19th, 2010 • Category: Dad Fitness by Sean Barker, Features, Health

FACT: A lot of buff dads might be able to load up the bar with hundreds of pounds for endless sets of the bench press but can’t even do 10 CORRECT push ups… I don’t think you have any business bench pressing if you can’t properly perform at least 10 perfect pushups. If you can’t [...]

[A FATHER'S VOICE] My Little Indulgence

[A FATHER'S VOICE] My Little Indulgence

By Jeremy Schneider • Jan 25th, 2010 • Category: A Father's Voice by Jeremy G. Schneider, Fatherhood, Features

The tricky part is the hallway. I carefully try to place my foot on our wood floor hallway in the tiny spots that don’t creak loud enough for our neighbors to call the police.
