Time: Sunday at 3 PM EST
Last time they played: January 2nd – Green Bay 10, Chicago 3
Prediction: This game will not be as low scoring as the game these two squads played in week 17. The Packers offense is en fuego after beating the Eagles 21-16 and then dismantling the Falcons 48-21 in Hotlanta. Chicago only had to play one game so far due to being the #2 seed. They easily dispatched Cinderella Seattle 35-24 in a game that wasn’t really that close. These teams have played more games (181) against each other than other teams in NFL history. Both teams are decent on the defensive side of the ball. The Bears hold the slight edge because they only allow 90 rushing yards per game to the Packers 115. Chicago has a much better running game with Matt Forte. Mystery man James Starks didn’t need to do much last week. The Packers have a much better passing game and will take this one 27-17 on the road.

Last time they played: December 19th – New York 22, Pittsburgh 17
Prediction: You’re probably assuming that I’m going to get off my anti-Jets trip right about now. Well, you’re wrong. The Jets impressed a lot of people in winning at Indianapolis and New England, but I still don’t buy the hype. Both teams are tremendous against the run and will probably be forced to make plays in the secondary to win. But, on the offensive side, Pittsburgh has the better more veteran quarterback, more explosive running back and better wide receivers and tight end. Remember when people wondered how the Steelers would handle not having Big Ben for the first four weeks? Well, they still ranked #1 in my power rankings for most of the time he was absent. They were 3-1 without him and 9-3 with him. Either way, they are a loaded, talented team. They beat Baltimore last week 31-24 and they’ll win at home this week 35-21.
