		<description>Bruce,

Love the articles.. keep writing about what you are doing in the &quot;launch&quot; phase.. most people I talk to are clueless about a game plan there.. I have a younger son (8 year old tomorrow) and I am trying to navigate the waters.. one book I am trying to process is Raising a Modern Day Knight by Robert Lewis.. this is the only thing I have seen out there on that has a sense of the exodus... any resources you have seen?
